At Darqawi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selection. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Darqawi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
